Exhibiting at the 2010 Annual Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Conference provides an opportunity for you
and your business to showcase services and/or products to conference participants. Over 150 professionals
working with American Indian children and families are expected to attend this year's conference.

Booth: $50.00
Includes one (1) 6 ft. table  draped and skirted, one (1) trash can, and two (2) chairs per exhibit.

Booth with electrical outlet: $75.00
Includes one (1) 6 ft. table  draped and skirted, one (1) trash can, two (2) chairs per exhibit and
access to electrical outlet.

Take-One Table: $20.00
Provide OICWA with your materials and we will display them for you on the take-one table.

Exhibitor Registration Deadline: September 15, 2010
Register early. Exhibit space is limited.

Notification of Selection: September 30, 2010
Exhibitors receiving an exhibit space will be notified by September 30, 2010. If not selected to
exhibit, full refund of exhibit fee will be made.

Cancellation Policy:
$20 of the exhibit fee is non-refundable. The remainder of the exhibit fee will be refunded if written
notification of cancellation is received by OICWA no later than October 15, 2010.

American Indian Artists: In lieu of paying the exhibit fee, OICWA will accept a donation of an item or
items. The donated item or items must be of reasonable value (i.e., comparable to at least 50% of the
exhibit fee). If choosing to donate an item, complete
Option 1.

ATTENTION:
Exhibitors and Vendors must comply with Exhibitor and Vendor Terms and Conditions.
Vendors registering as an Indian artisan must comply with the U.S. Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.
