Tracy Haney is a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma and
currently works with the Sac & Fox Indian Child Welfare program in Family
Violence and Child Protection.
Mr. Haney is a certified child sexual abuse investigator and forensic
interviewer and holds a reserve law enforcement commission with the
Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office. He has received numerous awards for
his service and dedication, including the 2007 Sonya Atetewuthtakewa Award
for Distinguished Service in the Protection of Native American Children.
Mr. Haney and his wife, Paula, have four children and have served as foster
and adoptive parents for Native American children.
