OICWA Member: Individuals and organizations with a current paid membership will receive the
membership rate. Organizations with an Indian Group (Organization) membership may register up
to 10 individuals at the membership rate. A registration form must be completed for each member.

Foster Parents/Students: Scholarships are available for foster parents and students. To complete
application, click here.

Cancellation: Refunds minus $10 administration fee will be made if written notice is faxed or mailed
to OICWA on or before 10/29/10. Prepaid registrants unable to attend may send another person in
his/her place.
