| Murrow Indian Children's Home Position: Director |
General Summary: Responsible for the overall administration and quality of service provision
at Murrow Indian Children's Home. Shall abide by current policies and budget guidelines as
approved by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications: (1) Bachelor's Degree in pertinent social service related area with a minimum
of five years experience in program service delivery and administration, or (2) Master's Degree
in pertinent social service related area with a minimum of three years experience in program
service delivery and administration, or (3) Doctoral Degree in pertinent social service related
area with a minimum of two years experience in program service delivery and administration;
(4) Demonstrated successful counseling experience with Indian families and youth; (5)
Demonstrated ability to work well under stress; (6) Demonstrated supervisory experience; (7)
Valid Oklahoma Driver's license; (8) Has personal vehicle for travel purposes.
