Winning artist must agree to the following terms for use of artwork and image:
• OICWA shall obtain original artwork as its property.
• OICWA may display original artwork during conference event and activities.
• OICWA may donate original artwork for use as a door prize during conference event.
• OICWA shall digitally scan artwork for organizational use only.
• OICWA shall reproduce image for printed materials associated with the 2011 Oklahoma Indian Child
Welfare Conference (e.g., conference program, conference report, posters/cards).
• OICWA shall retain rights to use image in future conference materials (e.g., commemorative reports).
• OICWA may alter or manipulate image for use in marketing materials (e.g., OICWA web site and
publications)
• OICWA shall reference artist name and biography and description of artwork in conference program
and on OICWA’s conference web page(s).
• OICWA shall obtain original artwork as its property.
