CAROL GOODAY-MITHLO - TREASURER

Carol Gooday-Mithlo currently serves as OICWA Treasurer. She is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation and is of Fort Sill Apache (Chiricahua, Warm Springs) descent. She is descended from Chief Mowway of the Kuhtsutʉʉka (Buffalo Eaters) band of Comanches and Chief Mangas Coloradas of the Warm Springs band of Apaches. Carol works for the Comanche Nation Tribal Court as the Court Administrator and Court Clerk. She was previously the Indian Child Welfare Director for the Comanche Nation and worked as a Caseworker for the ICW Department prior to becoming the Director.


Prior to being employed with the Comanche Nation, Carol worked for Specialized Alternatives for Families & Youth, a therapeutic Foster Care Agency, certified through the State of Oklahoma. She has a combined twenty plus years of experience in working with children and families throughout the State of Oklahoma. Carol also serves as the Vice President of the Southern Plains Child Protection Team. During Carol’s down time, she spends quality time with her four daughters, five grandchildren and loving husband.
