Exhibiting at the 19th Annual Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association Conference provides an opportunity for you and your business to showcase services and/or products to conference participants.

Over 400 professionals working with American Indian children and families are expected to attend this year’s conference.

Monday, November 2, 2026            8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Tuesday, November 3, 2026            8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  .   

Wednesday, November 4, 2026       8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

EXHIBIT DETAILS

​

Booth: $325 for all three (3) days – Additional $10.00 flat fee for electricity 

• Includes one (1) 6’ ft. table, two (2) chairs and a waste basket per exhibit

• Electricity will be limited and will be accommodated based upon first registered/requested.

Exhibitor Deadline: October 1, 2026 - Don’t delay!

Notification of Selection: Exhibitors accepted will be notified via email.

​

Fee Payment: Payment can be made by Paypal, Purchase Order or Authorization number, or check. Fees made payable to Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association.

Cancellation Policy: Exhibit fee is non-refundable.

Exhibitors must commit to all three days of the conference.

Exhibitors must comply with Exhibitor and Vendor Terms and Conditions. OICWA Conference Committee advocates for Indian art being sold to comply with the U.S. Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.
