EXHIBITOR / VENDOR INFORMATION
Exhibiting at the Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association 15th Annual Conference provides an opportunity for you and your business to showcase services and/or products to conference participants.
Over 300 professionals working with American Indian children and families are expected to attend this year’s conference.
Tuesday, November 29, 2022 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up/Open
Wednesday, November 30, 2022 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up
Friday, December 1, 2022 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up
Booth: $250 for all three (3) days – Additional $10.00 flat fee for tablecloth
Includes one (1) 6’ ft. table with two (2) chairs per exhibit
Electricity will be limited and will be accommodated based upon first registered/requested.
Exhibitor Deadline: Oct 31, 2022 - Space is limited, don’t delay!
Notification of Selection: Exhibitors accepted will be notified via email by November 4, 2022.
Fee Payment: Vendor payment can be made by Paypal, Purchase Order or Authorization number or mailed check. In lieu of paying the exhibit fee, OICWA will accept donation of an item(s). The donated item(s) must be of reasonable value (i.e., comparable to cost of exhibitor fees) and approved by OICWA. The item(s) will be used for the silent auction. Fees made payable to Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association.
Cancellation Policy: Exhibit fee is non-refundable.
Exhibitors and Vendors must commit to all three days of the conference.
Exhibitors and Vendors must comply with Exhibitor and Vendor Terms and Conditions. OICWA Conference Committee advocates for Indian art being sold to comply with the U.S. Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.
OICWA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REQUEST TO EXHIBIT
