EXHIBITOR / VENDOR INFORMATION
Exhibiting at the Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association 12th Annual Conference provides an opportunity for you and your business to showcase services and/or products to conference participants.
Over 275 professionals working with American Indian children and families are expected to attend this year’s conference.
Wednesday, November 6, 2019 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up/Open
Thursday, November 7, 2019 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up
Friday, November 8, 2019 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up
Booth: $50.00 per day or $125.00 for all three (3) days
Includes one (1) 6’ ft. table with two (2) chairs per exhibit
*Electricity will be limited and will be accommodated based upon first registered/requested.
Exhibitor Deadline: Oct 1, 2019 - Space is limited, don’t delay!
Notification of Selection: Exhibitors accepted will be notified upon receipt of completed form, if not selected, a
full refund of fees will be made.
$20 of the exhibit fee is non-refundable. Remainder of exhibit fee will be refunded if written notification/cancellation is received by OICWA no later than October 7, 2019.

Payment or Purchase Order Authorization of the Exhibit fee must accompany Exhibit/Vendor Registration
Form. In lieu of paying the exhibit fee, OICWA will accept donation of an item(s). The donated item(s) must be of
reasonable value (i.e., comparable to cost of exhibitor fees). The item(s) will be used for the silent auction.
Exhibitors and Vendors must comply with Exhibitor and Vendor Terms and Conditions (page 3). OICWA
Conference Committee advocates for Indian art being sold to comply with the U.S. Indian Arts and Crafts Act
OICWA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REQUEST TO EXHIBIT
